Dr. Drake is an Assistant Professor of Physics in the Department of Physics, Astronomy, and Geosciences at Valdosta State University. She recieved her M.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from Old Dominion University with a concentration in low-temperature plasma physics.
Currently, Dr. Drake teaches calculus-based physics, computational physics, thermodynamics, and plasma physics. This website contains information regarding these courses, her research interests, and current and previous undergraduate student research projects.
